Creative pursuits are an excellent way to help cope with mental distress, to express what you are feeling and to share your experiences.
Kaleidoscope is an opportunity for local creatives to tell the community how art has helped their journey with mental illness. It is also a chance to start a conversation about mental health and decrease the stigma attached to it.
